BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The 2019 Wastewater Capital Improvement Plan includes Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) Sanitary Sewer Repairs. The work included in this contract are based on an assessment of the sanitary sewer system within the Little Fossil Creek basin and is designed to reduce I&I. I&I reduction reduces potential for surcharges in pipelines that may result in sanitary sewer overflows.
