SUBJECT:

Action Regarding Approval of an Individual Project Order (IPO) with Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. (KHA) for Preparation of Bid Documents for the Police Parking Lot Expansion



BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

The Police Department has identified the need to expand its existing parking lot at its facility on West McLeroy. Kinley Horn. KHA has submitted an IPO for preparation of bid documents and bidding services for a total lump sum fee of $7,500.



FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The Fiscal Impact will be $7,500. Funding in the amount of $65,000 from tax note proceeds has been appropriated for the project in the Capital Projects Fund.



RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the City Council approve the IPO with KHA for preparation of bid documents and bidding services in the amount of $7,500.
