Recognition of Government Finance Officers Association Award of Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the City of Saginaw and Finance Director Quin
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This is the 27th year that the City has received the GFOA (Government Finance Officers Association) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. The award is for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2018. The award will be presented to Finance Director Quin. This is the sixth year for Kim to receive the award.
