SUBJECT:
Action regarding Railstream, LLC License Agreement.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Railstream is a website that has 24 full motion cameras at railroad tracks across the country for its members to enjoy. The Railstream camera in Saginaw is on the "Depot" building. Previously Railstream had an agreement with the Saginaw Area Chamber of Commerce. They would like to continue to the live stream at the Saginaw location.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Railstream will pay the City $500 per year to locate the camera equipment at the Depot building.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the agreement with Railstream, LLC. |
