BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Bailey Boswell Overpass project includes the construction of westbound turn lanes and driveway reconstruction on Walmart property. Acquisition of right-of-way and a Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) is required to facilitate the work.
The TCE provides for insurance requirements, construction phasing and restrictions on times when work may be performed so that disruption to Walmart’s business is minimized. The TCE and insurance requirements will be included in the construction contract documents as part of the overall scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that City Council accept the Right-of-Way Dedication Deed and Temporary Construction Easements and authorize the appropriate filing in the Deed Records of Tarrant County.
