SUBJECT:
Action regarding Resolution to adopt the 2020 Tarrant County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan or HazMAP.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Approximately every 5 years the Tarrant County Emergency Management Plan, which Saginaw is a part of, is reviewed and appropriate revisions made. The HazMAP is part of the Emergency Management Plan and is ultimately submitted to FEMA for approval. FEMA has reviewed and approved the plan. The final step is for all participating entities to adopt the plan by resolution.
