BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City has received an inquiry requesting consideration changes to the Snow Cone Stand Seasonal use. Currently, Snow Cone Stand Seasonal are permitted by right in the Community Commercial (CC) zoning district and are allowed to operate from April through October. The proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance would permit the Snow Cone Stand Seasonal use in the Light Industrial (LI) and Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning districts in addition to Community Commercial (CC). Additionally, the operations allowed would be increased by one month from April until October to March until October
Sec. 5-1. – Permitted Use Table would be changed to read as follows:

P = Permitted Use, S = Specific Use Permit, Blank = Prohibited Use
