BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On August 21, 2018, City Council approved Ordinance 2018-13 that provided a definition for Farmer’s Market use and allowed it in the Community Facility (CF) district.
The recommended Ordinance will amend Sec. 5-1. – Permitted Use Table adding Mobile Food Unit Park as a permitted use in Community Facilities to read as follows:

The Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 11, 2020 and unanimously recommended the ordinance amendment for consideration by City Council.
