SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding a Recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission for Approval of a Preliminary Plat for The Square, being 27.246 Acres out of the Benjamin Thomas Survey, Abstract No. 1497, City of Saginaw, Tarrant County Texas.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This item is a request from the developer, AM & JK Development LLC, for a Preliminary Plat for The Square consisting of 12 lots zoned Planned Development (PD). The Square is generally located North and West of the Saginaw Walmart between Saginaw Boulevard and Old Decatur Road.
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the item on May 12, 2020 and voted unanimously to recommend approval.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
This item has no financial Impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat for The Square based on the recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission. |
