Action regarding Ordinance No. 2020-11, amending Saginaw City Code Section 6-37, "Keeping of Animals and Fowl"; Amending Standards for Keeping Backyard Chickens
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The current City Ordinance, approved in 2018, sets forth the regulations and standards for keeping backyard chickens. The proposed ordinance increases the number of backyard chickens allowed from three to six.
