SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding Lease Agreement with Mike Greene to allow a Mural to be painted on the north side of the J.R.'s Cafe Building located at 300 S. Saginaw Blvd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This is the lease agreement as discussed in item 10.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $10.00.
