SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding an Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County governing the allocation of federal assistance funds to the City of Saginaw
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Tarrant County is preparing to distribute the federal funds for COVID-19 to cities within the county. In order to accept these funds we must have an Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County. The Tarrant County Commissioner's Court will be considering the Interlocal Agreement at their meeting on Tuesday.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact would be the receipt of funds from Tarrant County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
