BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On September 3, 2019, City Council approved a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing Home) on the northeast corner of West McLeroy Boulevard and North Knowles.
Subsequently, on March 3, 2020, a plat for Lot 1, Block 1, Saginaw Skilled Nursing Addition was administratively filed for record in the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
Civil plans for the facility are currently in the review/approval process. The review determined the need for a public water line be looped around the facility for fire protection. The waterline requires that it be placed within an easement for future maintenance.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Utility Easement granted by Texas Opportunity Fund SNF Investment, LP be accepted by the City on Lot 1, Block 1, Saginaw Skilled Nursing Addition.
