Consideration and Action regarding a Contract with Burleson Demolition for the Demolition and Removal of the existing Car Wash Facility at 716 S. Saginaw Blvd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This contract is with Burleson Demolition for the demolition and removal of the existing car wash facility located at 716 S. Saginaw Blvd. This demolition is addressed in the Chapter 380 agreement considered during Item 9.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $12,500. Funds are available in the Economic Development Incentive Account 01-6141-13 to cover this expenditure.
