SUBJECT:
Action Regarding Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County for Reconstruction and Asphalt Overlay of East McLeroy Blvd. from Sansom Blvd. to Blue Mound Rd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed interlocal agreement with Tarrant County includes the reconstruction and asphalt overlay of East McLeroy Blvd. from Sansom Blvd. to Blue Mound Rd. As in previous agreements, Tarrant County will furnish the labor and equipment. The responsibilities of both parties are specified in the agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Funds to cover this project are available in the 2019-2020 Street Maintenance Fund Budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
