Action Regarding Acceptance of a Water-Sewer Facility Easement from Ardent Mills, LLC.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

The Saginaw Boulevard 16” Waterline, Phase 2 project includes a new water pipeline from the intersection of Palamino Drive and Saginaw Boulevard eastward across the Boulevard and the UPRR and BNSF Railroads. The pipeline then will be routed through Ardent Mills, LLC property requiring a new 20-foot wide permanent easement.



FINANCIAL IMPACT:

There is no financial impact.



RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends acceptance of the Water-Sewer Facility Easement from Ardent Mills, LLC.
