Action Regarding the Approval of the Revised Official Zoning Map.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Over the past few months, staff has been working with Kimley-Horn to update our Official City Zoning Map. The last Official Zoning Map was updated and approved in May 2016. During the past four+ years, we have had a number of changes to the zoning, development and roads. This update reflects those changes and makes it current. This map was originally created and certified as the official map referred to in Ordinance Number 2002-04 (as amended).
