SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action Regarding Ordinance No. 2020-14, Suspending any Payment due for any Application for a Mobile Food Unit Permit for a Period of six months following the Effective Date of this Ordinance.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the proposed Ordinance is to temporarily suspend any payment due for a new application for a mobile food unit permit for a period of six months. This should encourage participation of more mobile food units.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact would be the delay of the payments.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
