Consideration and Action regarding Approval of a Replat for Lots 2R4-A, 2R4-B, 2R4-C, and 2R4-D, Block A, Van Zandt Place being a Replat of Lot 2R4, Block A, Van Zandt Place an Addition to the City of Saginaw, Texas
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On July 14, 2020, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the approval of a replat for Lots 2R4-A, 2R4-B, 2R4-C, and 2R4-D, Block A, Van Zandt Place Addition. The replat as submitted contained comments regarding minor textural corrections and a requirement for a Developer Agreement for participation on Old Decatur Road determined by Rough Proportionality. The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the replat subject to resolution of the outstanding comments.
On August 4, 2020, City Council approved the developer agreement with the owner, Havener HH, LP. Textural corrections have been made to the plat.
The Replat will create 4 new lots on the property as described below:
Lot 2R4-A 1.1508 Ac.
Lot 2R4-B 0.9884 Ac.
Lot 2R4-C 0.7634 Ac.
Lot 2R4-D 4.6458 Ac.

Staff recommends approval for the replat for Lots 2R4-A, 2R4-B, 2R4-C, and 2R4-D, Block A, Van Zandt Place Addition.
