Consideration and Action regarding Approval of a Site Plan for Alliance Saginaw (UCD Saginaw Addition, Lot 8, Block A)

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

Currently UCD Saginaw LP is in the process of developing proposed Lot 8, Block A as a multi-family development. The zoning ordinance requires approval of a site plan by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council prior to issuance of a building permit by the city.

 

Owner: UCD Saginaw LP

Engineer: Clay Christy, P.E., ClayMoore Engineering

Existing Zoning: Multi Family (MF2)

 

 The Site Plan and supporting exhibits have been reviewed by City Staff and meets or exceeds the requirements of Section 8-1 – Site Plan Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

The site plan was considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) at its September 8, 2020 meeting. The P&Z recommended unanimously that the site plan be forwarded to City Council for approval.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Site Plan for Alliance Saginaw (UCD Saginaw Addition, Lot 8, Block A) be approved.
