Consideration and Action regarding Approval of a Preliminary Plat UCD Saginaw Addition, Lots 1-8, Block A being 21.292 Acres of Land Situated in the Henry Robertson Survey, Abstract No. 1798, City of Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The applicant, UCD Saginaw LP, is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat for UCD Saginaw Addition, Lots 1-8, Block A being 21.292 Acres of Land Situated in the Henry Robertson Survey, Abstract No. 1798, City of Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas.

Existing Zoning: Community Commercial (CC) 9.804 Acres, Multi Family (MF2) 11.492 Acres
The Preliminary Plat proposes the creation of 8 lots on the property. Lots 1-7 are within the Community Commercial zoning district and have frontage along Bailey Boswell Road and FM-156. Lot 8 is within the Multi-Family zoning district and has frontage along FM-156. Lot 8 will also have access by means of access easements along Bailey Boswell and FM-156.

The preliminary plat was considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) at its September 8, 2020 meeting. The P&Z recommended unanimously that the preliminary plat be forwarded to City Council for approval.
