SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding Ordinance No. 2020-21, Amending Ordinance No. 2020-14 as Amended, Amending Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Fees; and the Residential Trash and Recycle Rate

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

Ordinance No. 2020-21 amends the Master Fee Schedule. The changes to the fee schedule are highlighted on Exhibit A in yellow.  The changes include the following:

 

1)  Updating the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Fees (these fees were inadvertently left out of the fees revised in September) (Page 9)

 

2)   Revising the Residential Trash and Recycle Rate  (as discussed in Item No. 5)  (Page 24)



FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be the increase in revenue from the increased fees.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
