Formal Introduction of our Emergency Management Coordinator, Joseph Laster.   

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

Emergency Management Coordinator is a new position for our city and is a shared position with the City of Lake Worth. Mr. Laster started this new role on September 14th of this year with the the official title of LWS (Lake Worth-Saginaw) Emergency Management Coordinator or LWS EMC.
