PUBLIC HEARING--Consideration and Action regarding a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Saginaw, Texas Authorizing and Creating the Western Center Public Improvement District in Accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code on property consisting of approximately 78.724 acres and described as a tract of land situated in the J. WALKER SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1602 and the J.A. BRADFORD SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 183, City of Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas (Resolution No. 2020-25)
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this item is to hold the public hearing and take action on the Resolution regarding the authorization and creation of the Western Center Public Improvement District.
Per the Texas Local Government Code, the public hearing notice was published in the Fort Worth Star Telegram on October 1, 2020, and sent by certified mail to the current property owners on October 2, 2020. It was also posted on the City's website and at City Hall on October 1, 2020.
