BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
During the last several months City staff and Kimley-Horn and Associates have reviewed the Construction Standard Details provided in Article 9 of the Subdivision Ordinance. The review provided updated details that are more consistent with the region and existing practice.
An attachment to this memo includes a summary of changes to the details, the proposed details and the proposed ordinance revision.
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the Ordinance Amendment on November 10, 2020 and unanimously recommended approval.

It is recommended that the Subdivision Ordinance Amendment for Article 9 Construction Standard Details be approved.
