Action regarding setting date for Public Hearing for Update to Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Water Impact Fees



BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

 

As part of the impact fee adoption process, a public hearing is required to be held.  The date of the public hearing must be advertised 30 days in advance of the public hearing.  The anticipated impact fee adoption schedule is attached.

 



FINANCIAL IMPACT:

       N.A.



RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends setting the date for the public hearing for the update to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Water Impact Fees for the January 5, 2021 City Council Meeting.
