SUBJECT:
Action regarding Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County for Construction and Expansion of the Parking Lot at the north end of Willow Creek Park, serving Willow Creek Station Park (the Dream Play Area) as well as the Reconstruction and Asphalt Overlay of the Existing Parking Lot
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed interlocal agreement with Tarrant County includes the expansion of the parking lot at the north end of Willow Creek Park as well as the reconstruction and asphalt overlay of the existing parking lot. As in previous agreements, Tarrant County will furnish the labor and equipment. The responsibilities of both Tarrant County and the City are specified in the proposed agreement. The proposed agreement has been approved by Tarrant County.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Funds to cover this project are available in the 2020-2021 Street Maintenance Fund Budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
