SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding a Request from Central Builders, Inc. to perform construction work outside the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on weekdays to construct the Planet Fitness facility located at 608 S. Saginaw Blvd., pursuant to Section 30-132(16) of the City Code--Rick Trice, P.E., Director of Public Works
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Central Builders, Inc., the builder of Planet Fitness, is requesting Saturday and Sunday work hours. Staff has reviewed their request and recommends they be allowed to work on Saturdays (but not Sundays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through February 1, 2021.
