The request is for approval of a Final Plat on property located on E. McLeroy Blvd. approximately 800 feet west of Amber Drive. The property is planned to be an Independent Senior Living Facility.
The preliminary plat was approved by the Commission at its November 10, 2020 meeting and subsequently by City Council on November 17, 2020.
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 8, 2020 and unanimously recommended approval of the final plat.
