BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Currently Bright Living Saginaw, LLC is in the process of developing proposed Lot 1, Block A, Senior Living at Saginaw Addition as an Independent Senior Living Facility. The zoning ordinance requires approval of a site plan by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council prior to issuance of a building permit by the city.
The Site Plan and supporting exhibits have been reviewed by City Staff and meets or exceeds the requirements of Section 8-1 – Site Plan Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
