The purpose of this item is to discuss the proposed propositions to be listed on the May 1st Bond Election ballot.  The resolution calling the election will be presented for Council action at the February 2nd City Council Meeting.  The draft of the ordinance is included in the attachments.  It includes the wording for the propositions that will appear on the ballot.
