BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Saginaw Boulevard 16” Waterline, Phase 2 project includes a new water pipeline from the intersection of Palamino Drive and Saginaw Boulevard eastward across the Boulevard and the UPRR and BNSF Railroads.
The City Council previously accepted an easement through the property on August 4, 2020. The project was subsequently awarded and during construction it was determined that in order to make the connection to the existing waterline at the south end of the project, additional easement would be required.

Staff recommends acceptance of the Water-Sewer Facility Easement from Ardent Mills, LLC.
