Action regarding Resolution No. 2021-06 Adopting Information Technology and Social Media Policies and Procedures
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The City had a third party assessment of our Information Technology systems, services and needs across the City. One of the recommendations from that assessment was to adopt written IT policies and procedures. During the review of the proposed document the City Attorney's office recommended an additional policy to address the use the City's social media platforms. Both of the proposed policies are attached to the resolution.
