Consideration and Action regarding Council Retreat Proposal from Strategic Government Resources
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
At the request of Mayor Flippo, Strategic Government Resources has submitted a proposal for a City Council Retreat. The purpose of the retreat is promote good relationships between Councilmembers and also with staff; and strengthen the Council and staff in their respective roles. The proposed retreat will be held on a Friday evening and Saturday morning. The dates for consideration are March 5-6, 2021, and March 12-13, 2021.

Fees are outlined in the proposal
