Consideration and Action regarding Chapter 380 Incentive Agreement with CTI Beanmaker (500 Sansom Blvd.) (Tabled at 2/2/21 Meeting)
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This item was briefly discussed and tabled at the City Council Meeting on February 2, 2021. The changes discussed have been made by the City Attorney.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The total financial impact will be $35,000 ($15,000 after completion of the project; and $5,000 annually for four (4) years after completion of the project with each payment to be made on the anniversary of the date of completion of the project).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
