Consideration and Action regarding First Amendment to Agreement between the City of Saginaw and Community Link Mission, Inc. regarding Farmer's Market at Saginaw Switchyard
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Community Link Mission, Inc. has been approached regarding the operation of a potential farmer's market on the first and third weekends in Lake Worth. The Farmer's Market at Saginaw Switchyard is held on the second and fourth weekends. Under the current agreement, they are not allowed to operate any other farmer's market within Tarrant County. The proposed amendment to the agreement with Community Link Mission, Inc. will allow them to "operate not more than one other farmer's market within Tarrant County, which other market shall be within the territorial limits of the City of Lake Worth".
